K&C's offers a flat rate shipping of $12.99. The only items exempt from the $12.99 is soap sample packs and any other sample packs. (Please note: flat rate shipping does not apply to wholesale orders)

All of my soaps are handmade but due to the nature of making them by hand, the color and appearance of the soap can be slightly different from the pictures you see.
Shipping days are Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays

I package in recycled or re-used goods when I can.
There are no returns because of the intimate nature of this product. If a problem arises from your order you can contact K&C'S.
If a package is to be returned it is at the customers expense to pay for the return shipping. If a package is lost I will replace it within 21 business days.
